Garry Kasparov, Russian opposition politician, former World Chess Champion and a Chairman of the Human Rights Foundation based in New York, will discuss his new book,Winter is Coming: Why Vladimir Putin and the Enemies of the Free World Must be Stopped. Kasparov asserts that as Putin has grown ever more powerful, the threat he poses has grown from local to regional to global and that the collapse of the Soviet Union was not an endpoint but a change of seasons.
